BHMA 100th Anniversary Fall Meeting
Tuesday, October 21-Thursday, October 23, 2025
BHMA members and invited guests are welcome to join us October 21–23 at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, Nevada, as we commemorate 100 years of BHMA. This special celebration will include our Annual Membership meeting, select technical subcommittee sessions, and a dynamic three-day program featuring expert speakers, future-focused conversations, and unforgettable moments.
NOTE: This meeting is not open to the public and is for BHMA members and invited guests only.

When registering, please note that the Spouse/Guest rate is not for employees of member companies. Individuals that wish to attend panels, keynotes, and sessions must register as a General Attendee.
Paying for Registration Using Different Credit Cards
If you need to use different credit cards for your registration and a guest/spouse registration or for an add-on activity you must first complete the process of your own registration and payment, and then modify your registration in a second transaction to add a guest/spouse or add-on activity using the second credit card. If you are using the same credit card, you can register yourself, guest/spouse and add-on activity in one purchase.

The BHMA Advantage
On Wednesday, Oct 22nd, at 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm, BHMA will present The BHMA Advantage, a series of presentations and discussion with panelists addressing BHMA's role and impact in its key areas of Standards Development, Codes, Government and Industry Affairs and Communications.
Standards Development
Join us for a dynamic discussion on the evolving landscape of standards development—from identifying market and industry needs to embedding standards within codes and regulations. We'll explore the strategic importance of standards, the distinctions between performance-based and product requirement standards, and the real-world challenges and successes that shape them. Whether you're deeply involved in technical committees or simply curious about how standards influence our industry, this session offers valuable insights and forward-thinking perspectives. Codes, Government, and Industry Affairs
Part 1: BHMA’s codes, governmental, and industry affairs advocacy endeavors: why codes advocacy, what BHMA has accomplished, and benefits to BHMA members (45 min.) Presenters / facilitators: Mark Berger (ASSA ABLOY), John Woestman (BHMA), Lori Greene (Allegion)

Join us to understand how the communications team is working to achieve BHMA's goals and advance our mission to enhance public safety and security. This overview will share insights on media and editorial wins, social media engagement, paid digital advertising website analytics and educational tools.

Networking Events
- On Tuesday, October 21st BHMA will host a Reception and BBQ dinner beginning at 6:00 pm. Dress code is casual for this dinner and all attendees are welcome.
- On Wednesday, October 22nd, BHMA will host its 100th Anniversary Gala with an opening reception beginning at 6:00 pm. Dress code is cocktail attire (e.g jacket and slacks, or dress or blouse and slacks) and all attendees are welcome.

On Wednesday, October 22, BHMA will host a spouses-only activity. Join the spouses to enjoy a bracelet-making workshop featuring hand-selected, high-quality semi-precious stones, each chosen for their unique energetic and healing properties. You’ll create two personalized essential oil beaded bracelets—finished with grounding lava beads that gently diffuse essential oils, offering balance, calm, and continuous aromatherapy throughout your day. We hope you’ll join us for connection, creativity, and fun!

Add-On Activities:
On Tuesday, October 21st, join your colleagues by adding an optional activity to your registration package. These experiences are offered at a separate fee (except Self Guided Hiking) and provides a unique way to explore the Lake Tahoe area before the evening’s events.
- Lake Tahoe ATV. Start your adventure Tahoe-style with a 30-minute speedboat ride from Zephyr Cove Resort. Then hop on your ATV for a 2-hour guided ride along the legendary Rubicon Springs Trail. With epic views and wild Tahoe terrain, it’s a route packed with photo-worthy stops. When the trail ends, cap it all off with a final cruise across the lake. Two terrains, one unforgettable day.
- Brewery/Distillery Outing: Cheers to Fall in South Lake Tahoe! Attendees are invited to sip, explore, and celebrate Tahoe’s craft beer scene. Enjoy beer and appetizer pairings with the head brewer of Cold Water Brewery. Transportation will be provided.

Travel & Transportation
Closest Airport: The Reno / Tahoe International airport is approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive.
Transportation:
- Ride Share (Uber/Lyft) and private charter is available.
- The South Tahoe Airporter provides transportation to the Edgewood resort and surrounding properties.
- Daily parking rate at the Edgewood is $35 per night.
