The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors consists of the President, the immediately prior President, all Vice Presidents and other members of the Board of Directors as the Board decides. The Executive Committee possesses and may exercise all the authority of the Board, except with respect to the dues structure or as otherwise provided by law or specified by the Board of Directors.

This industry-wide certification program does not call for a manufacturer to be a BHMA® member in order to certify its products.
