Tim started his association management career with Associated Builders & Contractors and Independent Electrical Contractors in various executive-level positions, including leading membership campaigns, board strategic planning, and procurement of industry partners and sponsorships. He holds a BA in speech communication from Frostburg State University and graduated from the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) certification program.
